1. Price of land

*Zone C - 8,900 Baht per Square Wah
*Zone B - 9,900 Baht per Square Wah
*Zone A - 12,900 Baht per Square Wah

2. Corner Plot

Corner plots costs an extra 500 Baht per Square Wah

3. Transfer Fee

Transfer fee is to be paid by the buyer. Tax will be paid by the seller.

4. Electric and Water Meters

Electric and water meter fees are to be paid by the buyer (we will arrange the application).

5. Maintenance Fee

Maintenance/public utility fee costs 400 Baht per plot land per month, and has to be paid in advance for 2 years on the transfer day.
