This is the third successful project of GP Property Co. Ltd. in Chiang Mai. The company has over 10 years experience in this region. The area of the project is outside the city center and is truely a pieceful place on earth to live.

The project is in building phase 1. This phase consists of 3 zones for living and a clubhouse with fitness center and swimmingpool. A total of 248 houses will be build in the 3 zones: A, B, and C. 

Zone C and B are developing quick. About 60% of the houses are finished and people happily living already in their new build homes. The clubhouse with swimmingpool is currently under construction and will be finished around May 2008).
